I'll always be grateful to Liz for getting me through a particularly rough New Years Day. Channel 4 ran an Egypt Day and her film "Cleopatra" was starting just as I plucked up the courage to climb out of my bed. I lay there in a semi-comatose daze, curtains drawn, crunching away on paracetamol and rennies, nursing the worst hangover I've ever experienced. She nursed me through it, bless her.

RIP Liz

I like that she was so vocal in finding funding and support for AIDS research.

RIP MRS Taylor
