Hi all,
Hope that all is well and that love shines in your lives.
Thought that it was time to update you on the new album.
I am currently in California with my friend and recording engineer Moritz Hausler. We are enjoying some great experiences and feeling the force!
We have had the good fortune to record with some legendary folk whose music have been the foundations of my creations and some of the music world’s new leading lights.
This past week we have been in the studio with Chaka Khan, Earth Wind and Fire guitarist Al McKay, Christian Urich of Tortured Soul & Lucky I am (Rapper from LA crew Living Legends).
There are still a few guests from the USA that I hope to be confirming in the coming weeks. And for those of you who are Chomping at the bit to know… Yes Maysa is on the album.
Chaka and her family have been very kind to Mo and I and this is a time that I will hold dear forever. We recorded at Flyte Tyme (Jam & Lewis’s studio). We wrote over a backing track that was composed by the Incognito rhythm section and I. I was still out there floating on a cloud, when next thing I know…I am sitting in the studio producing Al McKay playing his trusted Gibson 335 gave me goose pimples. I am glad that Al felt the same, it was a magical moment… Chaka & Al on an Incognito cut…I’m still pinching myself.
Christian Urich is one hell of a talented son of a gun. I love his voice and it was bliss to share the same creative space. Must say that Cowboy Johnny Christ gave me a scare this morning this morning when he went into a skid on his motorbike when braking at a stop sign. Big thanks for the friendship and that killer breakfast Burito Bro!
Prior to coming out here I had the great pleasure of recording with my dear friend Mario Biondi in Italy. He and his delightful assistant Samantha were the best hosts that anyone could wish for. We had a Roman adventure that most musicians can only dream of. You are all going to love his contribution to this album. I hope that he will be in my life always…A fine, fine human being!

The regular members of the band have been incredibly supportive, and have been delivering some amazing performances on these new recordings. I am looking forward to returning to London to complete the album at the end of the month.
I am taking my time and with the support of my family, management, band and new and old music business partners to create something wonderful and uniquely Incognito.
I won’t be responding to request of more detailed information as I am in a zone and will remain there until the album is completed.
I am grateful to you all for your support of the band and it’s ideals and hope that this musical journey will in someway play a small part in the soundtrack of your lives.
Peace & Love
Bluey (Now officially in Jedi mode)

Still in California…
Completed a song with the charismatic Leon Ware. It was a mind- blowing experience!
I have never met anyone as enthusiastic about music. The man is now 70, but not jaded in any way, and Soulful with a capital S.
I listened with glee as he sang a few lines and then relate stories from the recording of “I want you” with Marvin and other tales of his illustrious career, which would always end with a bout of loud infectious laughter.

My daughter Mao loves him so much that she has declared him “My Granddad”!

For those who want to know more about Leon Ware, here are some recommendations:
“I know how it feels” from the Leon Ware album
“Learning how to love you” from the Musical Message album
“I Never Loved So Much” from Moon Ride
“Rockin' You Eternally” Jazzanova Feat. Leon Ware & Dwele
"I Wanna Be Where You Are" by Michael Jackson
“Inside My Love” by Minnie Riperton

To all of you, my dear friends.
I will be absent from the forum for a while, so that I can concentrate on the job at hand.
Recording the album is one thing, now I have to go to work on promoting, touring, and meeting the demands of the labels globally.
The day are long and demanding, but I am excited at the interest world-wide as this record is very close to my heart.
Hope that Transatlantic RPM makes a positive connection with some of you.

Thanking all of you for your support over the years and for understanding.
Peace
Bluey
