Yes! Definitely! So good, love it so much that I spontaneously booked the Sunburst Band gig at the Jazz Cafe on Aug. 17th. Should be fun :-)

After listening to the entire album a couple of times I predict this will be my summer music. Best release for me so far...

Listening to Robert Glasper Experiment - Black Radio and Quantic & Alice Russell...very good albums.
No one should be ashamed to admit they are wrong, which is but saying, in other words, that they are wiser today than they were yesterday.

Defo comes into this category, one of my faves from this year so far. She sings a bit more on this album and that's no bad thing, lovely voice IMHO. Radio Song, Crowned & Kissed, Black Gold, City of Roses, great tunes..chuck in a couple of covers & her immaculate playing, it's a winner.

For all of you who like the Steely Dan stuff, Donald Fagen released "Sunken Condos" in october. The sound is familiar, the quality is high ... as ever.

Another one comes from New Zealand. This is one of the fresh productions called Kiwi Soul. Funkommunity released their first album "Chequered Thoughts".

Check the album here: http://funkommunity.bandcamp.com/
